Our software application composes of the following functions:
Budgeting System – which is the application uses for the budget requisition, budget allocation, budget transfer, monitor annual income and expense budget, and display concerning reports such as annual expense budget report, budget expenditure report, result of purchasing and procurement plan report, cost of production report, indicator report and annual report.
Inventory System – which is the application uses for purchase, procurement, management of inventory and asset and other continuous tasks from the Budgeting System, for example, request for purchase and procurement, providing the issuance for appointment of committee, purchase/procurement order, contract, management of retention money, change of contract, approval of supply withdrawal, and displaying of concerning reports such as purchase/procurement report, asset registration, contract registration and etc.
Financial and Accounting System is the application uses for management of financial and accounting task, extension of the Inventory System, for example, request for withdrawal, management of advance payment for uniforms, invoice, Request for treasury payment, cheque payment, automatic fill-in accounting information, and displaying of concerning reports such as treasury payment request report, cheque registering report, expense report, advance payment report, journal, general ledger, trial balance, financial operation status report, financial statement and etc.
For the web-based application, we provide additional functions as listed:
Budget Allocator System is the application uses for management of withdrawal of budget, in case - a unit allocates an amount of budget to other units. It is the system application which allows the budget allocator to record and report the expenditure to the center.
Working Capital Management System is the application uses for management of withdrawal of loan receivable, in case - a unit allocates an amount of budget to other units for interest. It is the system application which allows the unit, where the working capital is loaned, to report the result of operation to the center.
Budget Request and Tracking via Internet System the application uses for management of budget allocation request. The unit which owns the project will record and send information to the center via internet which includes the record of purchase and procurement plan and tracking of project contract.
